Hollywood Feed

always has everything I need or want in stock; offers high quality products. Service friendly and helpful! At the HF I typically go to, love the private dog wash room since I have a dog that is reactive to other dogs. The rewards program is good, also.

I want to personally recognize the excellent service I received from Sol at the Hollywood Feed Frisco store. I called there today to discuss my dog Charlie's sudden disinterest in the NutriSource chicken and rice food she's been enjoying for over a year. Sol asked important questions about Charlie and even remembered when we first started Charlie on NutriSource puppy food. She recommended we try the NutriSource lamb and rice and suggested I come in for a small 4 pound bag. When I got to the store, she took me to the aisle and reviewed options. We ended up with the decision to try the lamb variety. I was so impressed with her knowledge and sincere desire to assist me. As soon as I got home and gave Charlie her meal, she showed tremendous interest and gobbled up the new food. It's one thing to be a salesperson for dog food and toys and then, what an elevation, to be someone like Sol, who truly cared to help me solve my problem ... taking the time to educate me and extend her sincerity and kindness.

My husband and I used to love coming to Hollywood feed because the staff used to be so kind and knowledgeable. We recently came into the Frisco location and I will never be coming back. The staff specifically an older gentleman was extremely rude very impatient and not helpful at all. I was trying to ask questions regarding food for my dog, because I was trying to change foods and I was trying to ask him questions so I could know what I’m feeding my dog. All he could do was sigh act like he had 1 million other things to do and was just incredibly rude. I truly used to love Hollywood feed because I loved coming in. People were kind and extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help me with my issues but now I would rather just shop online. It’s very unfortunate that Hollywood feed lets their staff treat people like this. Never in all of my years of shopping with Hollywood feed have I ever been treated this horribly! I will be going to Petco or PetSmart or any other pet place for all of my needs from now on. 100% unacceptable. Go to another store.
